	1999 Gold Award Residential Renovation
	The new dining room was created by converting the inside corner of an L shaped area to an outside corner. Turned columns and a three-foot kneewall with panelled wainscoting created an elegant atmosphere with an open floorplan and a clearly defined dining room.
	1998 Bronze Award Residential Renovation
	The addition of a kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom and upstairs tower nearly doubled the size of this cape, and changed the focus towards the back of the house, which has stunning views of the mountains.
	1996 Silver Award Single Family Home 1500-2000 square feet
	The house has an unusual, dramatic, even unique appearance. The living area is one flight up to take advantage of a magnificent fifteen mile view.
